Use Passenger Welcome for one traveler, Hotel Shuttle when representing accommodation, and VIP Pickup for a premium or corporate arrival. Replace every sample name before entering full screen. Keep the main passenger name on its own line and avoid including sensitive booking details.
Prepare before the flight lands
Create the sign in advance, save it in the same browser and take a PNG backup. At the terminal, increase screen brightness and check that the full name is visible in landscape orientation.
