Use a full-screen countdown
Choose the number of minutes, press Start timer and enter full screen. The live countdown works well for stage cues, meeting reminders, photo preparation and event announcements.
Keep timing clear
Use cyan, lime or red on black, keep the display stationary and make the numbers as large as the screen allows. Do not rely on a browser display for safety-critical or official timing.
